Under the supervision of Dr. Ramadhan H. Zaidky, Mr. Rawandoz Abdulrzaq, and Mr. Reman Ibrahim, the Petroleum Engineering Department organized a scientific trip for the third-year students on November 23, 2023.

The trip aimed at closely observing the field and obtaining better information about geological structures and phenomena relating to hydrocarbon accumulation, generation, and migration. Then, the geology of Kurdistan and the Duhok zone was explained to make students more familiar with the area.
